I was inspired to draw a river-rainbow for Iris Western Cape and Worcester after we had special words spoken over us
Hi everyone! I’m still active in writing, but of a different sort. I plan to return to writing more Ways to Grow in God articles, once I can. The big news (to those who aren’t aware yet), is that Tony and I are going to South Africa for at least three years through Iris Ministries Canada! We will work with latch-key kids in the townships of Worcester, Western Cape – west of the Iris Western Cape base, as well as a whole lot of other things.
We leave Canada November 8th, and arrive in South Africa late November 10th.
During this process, we need to rent out our furnished two bedroom condo apartment – which is close to the Ottawa River and Brittania Park (in Ottawa), and I will need to sell my 2008 Ford Focus the day before we fly out of the country.
Here is the link to our condo ad: View it ad
We also have a brand new website that you can learn about what we’re doing with Iris Ministries Canada: Copples in Western Cape
You can sign up for email updates on the contact page of that site as well. Please do browse. If you like my articles on waystogrowingod.org, you’ll like these as well.
You can even choose to financially support us! Who doesn’t love loving on such amazing African children?? We need at least $1,000 Canadian per month to start (which supplements some other funds, but we will need more in 2018).
Would you prayerfully consider becoming a partner?

I trust you won’t have too long to wait until another article. And if you’re in the Ottawa, Canada area, you can see us in person!
Our next events include:

However, joining the online prayer team and any free-will donations will be gratefully received. The art is not free, but purchase of any art contributes toward our ministry.
